There’s a moment in life when everything shifts.  Not because we have to change, but because we align with something deeper.  For me, that moment came at 50.

This past weekend, while celebrating a dear friend’s belated 50th birthday, I was reminded of something powerful.  Turning 50 wasn’t a line in the sand.  It wasn’t the end of ambition or relevance.  It was the moment I stepped fully into who I am.

For years, many of us, especially women, have been conditioned to believe that ageing means stepping aside, slowing down, or staying small.

But here’s what I know to be true:

50 is not the finish line.  It’s the doorway to our most aligned, intentional, and powerful selves.

As I sat among old friends, swapping stories between laughter and reflection, I felt a deep truth rise in me: I’ve come so far and there’s still so much more I’m meant to do.

I’ve learned that business is just like life.  It’s not about reaching a final destination.  It’s about becoming.  Evolving and growing into the vision we once only dared to imagine.
